ROY JAY TO ADDRESS MULTI CULTURAL GRADUATION CLASS AT PSU
Roy Jay has been tapped to be the guest speaker at the 2009 class of Portland State University’s Multicultural graduation ceremony scheduled for June 12th at Smith Memorial Center.
Jay, a native of Portland, Oregon is a highly accomplished business entrepreneur that is involved in numerous business enterprises.
He heads the highly influential African American Chamber of Commerce and was just appointed national vice chair of the newly formed National Alliance of African American Chambers based in Washington DC.
