Roy Jay attended Sam Adam’s political kick off campaign in for Mayoral race 2008. Jay who was considered by many as the leading contender for Portland Mayor did not qualify due to his recent move which left him 16 blocks outside the city boundary.
“I’m a team player and came to show my support for the other candidate. We are all dealt different cards and we have to make the best of it, said Jay.
