ALPHA PHI ALPHA CITES ROY JAY

The Western Regional Conference of Alpha Phi Alpha in April 2009 attracted hundreds of attendees from 12 western states. Portland, Oregon business owner, Roy Jay was recognized for his years of outstanding business and community involvement.
“He is one of the hardest working people that I have ever met” says Phillip Rodgers of Portland State University. Jay’s business foot print or shadow has been associated with numerous projects.
More recently, his name has resurfaced as a possible future political candidate or appointee.
