October 10, 2009 Portland Oregon business entrepreneur, Roy Jay was elected Vice President of the Altamont Homeowners Association at the annual meeting held in Clackamas County last September. Altamont is one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Portland, Oregon and has been the site of three previous Street of Dreams housing expositions.
